All order are built to order with a maximum build time of 2 working weeks. We ship most orders within a week under normal circumstances. We deliver 99.9% of orders in this time frame.

We ship globally, stereo amp costs, USA £75, £45 Europe, HK & Japan £95, ROW £95 Price on web don't include VAT and will be added in final part of checkout for all EU orders. we accept company EU order without VAT if a valid VAT number is supplied follow instructions in checkout. 100-240V automatically configured by us depending upon your country. We supply UK Europe USA, and Australian mains leads.
We provide a 2 year warranty and 14 day money back guarantee. We will refund the original amount paid on all Nord branded products. A 10% restocking fee for all non Nord products and no delivery refund.

Finish and look is paramount to us, however they are hand built. We use the exceptionally high quality parts, connectors, switches and WBT Silver solder in all audio paths. Soldered connections are made with WBT silver solder and are shrink sleeved, XLR's have a double layer for reliability. They are built with passion and pride. Any issues will be immediately and intelligently resolved with miniumum disruption for the end user.
